Backyard Birdies Mobile Golf Simulator provides mobile golf simulator rentals for private parties, corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, schools, tournaments, and other special events throughout our service area.

All bookings are subject to availability.

A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received.

The remaining balance is due before or at the beginning of your scheduled event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may receive a full refund of any deposit, unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement. 
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. 

If Backyard Birdies must cancel due to equipment failure, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, customers may choose a full refund or reschedule the event.

Our simulator is designed for outdoor and indoor events; however, safety is our priority.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel services due to:

• Heavy rain 
• Strong winds 
• Lightning 
• Flooding 
• Unsafe temperatures 
• Any condition that could endanger guests or equipment 

Whenever possible, we will work with you to reschedule your event.

The customer is responsible for providing:

• A reasonably level setup area 
• Adequate space for the simulator 
• Safe access to the event location 
• A nearby standard electrical outlet (unless otherwise arranged) 

If the setup location is determined to be unsafe or inaccessible upon arrival, Backyard Birdies may refuse installation without refund if the issue could not have been reasonably anticipated.

Our equipment is professionally maintained and inspected before every event.

Customers agree to:

• Use the equipment responsibly 
• Follow all staff instructions 
• Prevent intentional misuse or vandalism 
• Supervise children using the simulator 

Customers may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged.

Participants use the golf simulator at their own risk.

Customers agree to:

• Swing clubs only within designated hitting areas. 
• Keep spectators a safe distance away from active players. 
• Follow all safety instructions provided by Backyard Birdies staff. 
• Ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times. 

Backyard Birdies reserves the right to stop play if unsafe behavior is observed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backyard Birdies Mobile Golf Simulator shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury 
• Property damage 
• Lost or stolen items 
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control 
• Indirect or consequential damages 

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

During events, Backyard Birdies may take photographs or videos of the setup for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish your event to be photographed or recorded, please notify us before the event begins, and we will respect your request.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Backyard Birdies Mobile Golf Simulator unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute website content without prior written permission.

All quotes are provided without obligation.

Pricing may vary based on:

• Event duration 
• Travel distance 
• Event location 
• Special requests 
• Equipment availability 

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

We proudly serve Imperial Valley, the Coachella Valley (including the Palm Springs area), Western Arizona, and surrounding communities within our advertised travel area.

Travel outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
